IN-PERSON 1:1 tutorial Ingham NR12, Norfolk (you are welcome to bring a friend to share the cost) WHAT WILL YOU LEARN? After this tutorial you will fully understand the fundamentals of garment construction and sewing. You will understand how to read a pattern and you will gain a foundation that enables you to embark on a journey of making your own clothes, or clothes for others, that fit well and are beautifully made. (please note this tutorial does not cover pattern cutting – see the Introduction into pattern-cutting tutorials) IS IT FOR ME? This tutorial is suitable for any beginner sewer or complete novice to sewing garments; for anybody who is looking for a basic knowledge of sewing and garment construction and who wants to understand how clothes are created and made. TUTORIAL CONTENT • Fundamentals of sewing and garment construction • Making garments from commercial (shop bought) patterns vs bespoke patterns • Sewing machinery, tools & sewing materials Cost: £75 per session All teaching materials and refreshments are included in the price Duration: 2.5 hours
